Pricing Transparency Information

At United Vascular of Huntsville, we are committed to helping patients better understand the cost of their care. We provide advance estimates and financial guidance so you can make informed decisions before receiving services.

Understanding Your Costs

We understand that billing, insurance and medical costs can feel overwhelming. Our team is here to make the process as clear and transparent as possible. We offer price estimates in advance of your procedure in accordance with federal law.*

Request a Price Estimate

To receive an estimate, please contact our Patient Financial Services team:

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

To provide the most accurate estimate, please have the following information available:

  • Description of the test(s) or procedure(s) ordered
  • Referring physician’s name and office phone number
  • Insurance information (if applicable), including:
  • Insurance provider name and phone number
  • Policy holder name
  • Policy number and group number

What Your Estimate Includes

Your estimate will provide an overview of your expected financial responsibility based on available information.

  • Estimated cost of services based on average charges
  • Estimated out-of-pocket costs for insured patients, including deductible, copay or coinsurance
  • Discounted estimates for uninsured patients
  • Guidance on potential eligibility for programs such as Medicaid

Important Information About Estimates

Estimates are designed to help you plan for your care, but they are not final bills.

  • Estimates do not include complications that may occur during treatment
  • Physician fees (such as surgeon, anesthesiologist, pathologist or radiologist) are billed separately
  • Final costs may vary based on your individual care and insurance coverage
